Overview
You can create a list of your frequently used values
for a field instead of having the entire Matchcode list displayed.
This personal list will be displayed whenever you use the
Matchcode button for the field.
For example, you can create a personal matchcode list for
the Material group field on the "Create: Purchase Requisition:
Initial Screen." (From the SAP User Menu screen follow the
navigation path: User Menu >> Role ZMIT >>
Purchasing >> Requisitions >> Create a
Requisition or use the transaction code: /nme51.)

Creating
a Personal List
1. Click on the Matchcode button
( PC: )
in the Material group field.

2. Click on a value from the displayed list.
3. Click on the Insert in Personal List button
on the bottom of the screen.
4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for as many values as you want to
include in the list.
5. Click on the Personal Value List button
to end the list. Your personal list appears with only the
values your selected.
Result: Your personal list appears with only the
values your selected. Now whenever you click on the Matchcode
button for the Material Group field on the "Create:
Purchase Requisition: Initial Screen" this personal list will
be displayed.

Displaying
the Original Matchcode List
Click on the Display All Values button
at the bottom of the list. The entire Matchcode list is displayed.
(This is temporary; your personal list will still be the default.)

Deleting
Values From the List
1. Click on the value you want to delete.
2. Click on the Delete from Personal Value List button
on the bottom of the screen.
3. (optional) To remove the entire personal value
list, delete all the values.
On a PC, you can also hold down the right mouse button and
select Delete All.

Keeping
the Personal Matchcode List Displayed (PC only)
You can keep the personal Matchcode list displayed while
you pick a value for the field.
1. After the list is displayed, click the Hold List button
on the bottom of the screen.
Result: A tabbed screen is displayed.

2. Double-click on the desired value.
Result: The value is copied into the field on the
screen and the list remains displayed. You can keep changing
values and the list will remain open.
3. When you are finished, click the Keep button
to release the list. (This button will change to
on the screen.)
4. Double-click to select a value.
