An SAP feature that allows you to create a manual commitment
in SAP for anticipated expenses that are not automatic commitments. A search function Codes that classify goods by commodity or service type and
are used by the Procurement Office for reporting purposes.
For example, desks belong to the material group 1920 Furniture
and Furnishings. For a complete list, see the Material
Groups for Requisitions web page. Use the menus at the top of the SAP screen to reach a certain
screen. For example, to get to the "Maintenance" screen, follow
the menu path: System>>User profile>>Own data. A web-based tool for submitting budgets
at MIT. See also: Plan Version 0. Non-base funds (cost objects) are non-recurring budget items.
They include: See G/L account. The name of the printer to which your SAP printouts will
be sent. For example, CAO3 or LC8. Many SAP printers are labeled
with the output device name. You can get a complete list of
SAP printers by clicking on the Matchcode arrow in the Output
Device field on the "Print" screen if you leave the field

(PC) that is available in many entry fields in SAP when you
click in the field. A Matchcode lets you select a value from
a list or allows you to search for a value when there are
many possibilities.
The area on the SAP User Menu screen and the SAP
Menu screen where the navigation folders and the Favorites folders
are located.
Transactions are organized into folders in a directory
structure in the navigation area. A navigation path is the series
of folders you access to find and launch an SAP transaction.
Refers to the directory that you need to access on the SAP User
Menu screen and the SAP Menu screen in order to start an SAP
transaction.
